Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of AcctSuite. If you do not agree, do not use the site. Last updated 22 August 2026.
The service
AcctSuite provides tools for listing, discovering, paying for, and delivering digital products. We are a marketplace with escrow — we are not the seller of every item and we do not guarantee that a third-party platform will keep an account active after transfer.
Accounts
- You must be 18 or older.
- You are responsible for your login, devices, and all activity under your account.
- Identity or business verification is only required if you want a verified badge (Business KYC). You can still use AcctSuite to buy and sell without that badge.
Buying and selling
- Listings must follow the Community Standards.
- Prices are shown in the app. Platform commission may be deducted from seller proceeds.
- Escrow holds buyer funds until delivery rules are met (auto-unlock or confirmed credential delivery).
- Refunds, if any, follow the in-app dispute flow and the facts of the order.
Wallet
Deposits and withdrawals use the payment methods we enable. Minimums, fees, and processing times are shown in Wallet. We may delay a withdrawal while we review suspected fraud.
Acceptable use
You will not abuse the site, interfere with other users, scrape at a harmful rate, or use AcctSuite to commit a crime. We may suspend accounts that create risk for buyers, sellers, or payment partners.
Limitation of liability
The marketplace is provided as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, AcctSuite is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or account bans on third-party platforms after a completed transfer. Our total liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order through AcctSuite.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. For questions: support@acctsuite.com.
